Eatery Match - Privacy Policy

Hard Coded LLC ("we", "us") operates the Eatery Match mobile application (the "App"). This page explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

1. Data we collect

2. How we use data

Provide the core swipe and group-decision features
Authenticate your account
Improve performance and fix crashes
Communicate about your account if you contact support

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

3. Third-party services

The App relies on these processors. Each handles only the data needed for its function:

4. Data retention

Account data: kept while your account is active
Crash logs: 90 days
Analytics events: 12 months
Deleted-account data: purged within 30 days of deletion request

5. Your rights

You may at any time:

View your data via the Profile screen
Edit your name and language preferences
Delete your account in-app, which removes all personal data associated with you
Email hardcoded.place@gmail.com to request a data export

If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, port your data, and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

6. Children

Eatery Match is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has used the App, email us and we will delete their data.

7. Security

We use HTTPS for all network traffic, OAuth tokens for authentication, and least-privilege access controls for our internal data stores. No system is perfectly secure; you use the App at your own risk.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this page with material changes and update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will trigger an in-app notice the next time you open the App.
